  Quality Tops won my business in several ways: price, approach, terms, and materials. They were not afraid to compete vs several other vendors on Good Contractors. They came in with a better proposal all the way round, incl my concerns about venting, and worked with me as to delays caused by the mortgage servicer.   The owner Bruce and his guys are very responsive and very good. Have called on them three times over the years, most recently in August to replace an aging and insanely noisy roof turbine.   We moved to the Dallas area in 1982. Shortly thereafter we learned that this part of Texas has major hail storms about every 5 to 7 years.  Quality Tops Roofing has replaced a total of 8 roofs for us since arriving to Texas in 1982. Their professionalism and work ethic and honesty are perfect.   Three years ago, I had them replace my roof. I found them via The Good Contractors List. Their estimate was reasonable, so I hired them. Before they replaced the roof, they did a beautiful job of repairing the facia boards. They did a very good job of installing my new roof. Last month, a storm caused a large tree branch to crunch into one of my gables. It also put a hole in my roof. They did a temporary repair to prevent any further damage.  They procured shingles that match the other shingles, they rebuilt the frame under the smashed gable, replaced the gable facia, repainted it, and installed new roof boards and shingles.   I had a few shingles blown away by strong winds. They responded quickly and did the repairs quickly also. It was a small job so their minimum rate applied. I understand that and my deductible would have been more anyway. Hope I don't have any more roof problems, but if I do I will definitely call them again.

  I hired Quality Tops to repair a 10x10 section of roof that was leaking. They did a great job, were prompt and were faster than they quoted. I would consider the pricing fair, but hard to gauge at this time of rapid inflation.
